Why your story matters…

Sharing our stories can be part of a healthy grieving process and provide a creative outlet for our grief.

Reading about the grief journey of others can help us find the acceptance and understanding that we long for.

The truth is that grief will offer profound lessons within the healing process, and that’s what we want people to know.

There are no rules for moving through the stages of grief, and sharing our stories can help others navigate their grief process.
